Insolvency Practitioner

Our Insolvency Practitioner, Angela Canning has over 25 years experience in personal and corporate debt solutions. As the owner of the Company she personally oversees every IVA client that comes through X-debt.

Supervisory Department

Our supervisory department will manage your IVA throughout its term from set up to completion. They will review your IVA on a regular basis to ensure the terms of the arrangement are being met. COMI Regulation on insolvency proceedings will apply to all matters dealt with by X-debt and these proceedings will be main proceedings.
